This August marks our 9th anniversary as a company! Each year we take a moment to look back at the challenges we’ve faced and the progress we’ve made. In our early years we joined accelerator programs, searched for product-market fit, and celebrated as our user base grew by orders of magnitude—10, 100, 1,000, 10,000, and beyond.

We experienced significant growth during the pandemic, working hard to support our customers and each other in a rapidly changing world filled with anxiety and uncertainty. More recently we’ve navigated a harsh financial landscape, as some customers’ budgets for tools have all but dried up.

Through it all we’ve remained dedicated to earning the trust and business of our incredible customers. We’ve explored new areas of development, and we’ve built a company where we’re proud to work side by side. This keep us motivated, looking forward to the opportunities ahead.

We remain committed to our core values: creating opinionated software, building genuine relationships, and embracing creative exploration. Here’s to the journey ahead!

Each year we have a tradition of buying a sweet treat to celebrate together or remotely. We’ve had a little bit of it all: cake, cookies, ice cream!

Both new sign-ups and weekly meetings are inching back up from the typical end-of-summer slump that we see with many of our customers. We look forward to our plans for the fall!

…had a Growth Team retreat in Minneapolis. Next week we plan to share all about it!

…finalized graphics for our trade booth. We plan to make the TechNet Indo-Pacific 2024 show in Hawaii in October. We’ll plan to share more once the event takes place.

…gathered notes and plans for our next Shape Up cycle. Between cycles we take a 2 week period to plan our next cycle. Meanwhile we focus on learning, small projects, tasks, and bugs.
