Jordan leads Parabol’s business development strategy and engineering practice. He was previously a Director at Undercurrent, where he advised C-Suite teams of Fortune 100 organizations on the future of work. Jordan has an engineering background, holding several patents in distributed systems and wireless technology. Jordan lives and works in Los Angeles, CA.

In 2017, Bobby pivoted his career from helping Silicon Valley tech startups go to market, to helping the U.S. Air Force launch their most successful innovation program to date; AFWERX. Bobby was part of AFWERX’s initial core team as head of marketing and communications for over 3 years.

Taking what he learned at his time with AFWERX, Bobby now specializes in technology transfer between the DoD and private sector. Bobby has managed the proposal writing and relationship building that has led him to successfully help small businesses win dozens of awards with the U.S. government to get mission critical commercial technology in the hands of the warfighter.

Dale is a DevSecOps Engineer boasting a diverse background in top-tier tech environments. With previous stints at Red Ventures, CBS Interactive, and media startup Clicker, Dale specializes in crafting stable, flexible, and secure cloud computing environments for both our SaaS and public sector deployments. You’ll probably find him out on a golf course in Los Angeles, CA where he lives with his Wife and 2 dogs.

Terry specializes in front-end architecture, UX strategy, UI design, and brand systems. He has previously worked for Quirky, BoomTown, and Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, and has served as an advisor to several early-stage start-ups. Terry lives and works near Tyler, TX.

Matt is a full-stack web developer, data scientist, and global project manager. He has previously worked for Peace Corps, Ecova, and Boeing, and is the creator and lead developer of several open-source projects including Meatier and Cashay. Matt lives and works in San Diego, CA.

Kendra leads operations at Parabol with over 15 years of experience building and managing teams in remote work environments. She came to Parabol from Techstars where she managed the first remote accelerator supporting startups focused on the future of work. Kendra lives and works in Northern California.

Charles is a sales and customer success leader. He is passionate about forging relationships and helping people enjoy their work. Before joining Parabol, Charles built and led a team at Sumdog, within EdTech, over 7 years. He is from Cardiff, Wales and lives in Northern Ireland.

Grayson is a growth specialist focusing on building relationships with teams that have adopted Parabol. He previously worked for Ring where he developed substantial B2B connections. He aided in the company’s rapid expansion and eventual acquisition by Amazon. Grayson is from Winchester, VA.

Bruce is a back-end developer. Before joining Parabol, he has worked at Amazon for 7 years, building delivery platform for Amazon advertising business. He is a geek on productivity enhancement and life hacking. Bruce lives in Seattle, WA now but would like to travel around the world.

Nick is a frontend-leaning software developer. He has a keen interest in entrepreneurship having worked for a variety of start-ups including Tab (YC 15), Tilt (YC 12) and focaldata. Nick is from London, England but hopes to move to a sunnier climate soon.

Drew has spent his career helping startups grow. In previous roles he’s closed deals with Fortune 500 companies and advised on content strategy for startups like Clearbit, Retool, and Webflow. He’s an avid basketball player who used to play professionally in Israel. Drew lives in Sheboygan, Wisconsin with his wife and two dogs.

Georg is a full-stack software engineer. He previously founded his own start-up, Humby, which focuses on social meetings. Previously, he worked on navigation systems at Here and on the open-source tool Gluecodium. He has also worked on autonomous cars. Georg lives and works near Berlin, Germany.

Rafa is a very curious and proactive person, who likes to learn about everything. He has been working as Cloud Architect and DevOps engineer for the last 7 years. He is really passionate about system architecture, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, distributed data and processes. Rafa lives in Tenerife (Spain) an island in the middle of the Atlantic, but he spent the last 20 years between Huelva, Sevilla and Paris. He loves going to the forest, mountains and beaches with his dog and wife in his spare time.
